About me

Hi, I’m Terri and I’m a Senior Trainer for HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes. I trained in HD Brows and LVL in 2016 and found I had a natural flair and love for all things brows and lashes. I became a trainer for HD Brows in 2017 and Nouveau Lashes in 2021. I started at the Leeds academy and have worked in all our academies in the UK. I now work full time for the brand, and I am responsible for the private social media forums, leading training, product development and testing, and often visit new places to represent the brands.  

Working for the brands has brought many opportunities such as working with international partners and leading spas, and even on Dancing on Ice and Strictly Come Dancing! My biggest highlight to date was doing the brows on the training video for the launch of HD Brows BrowStay Hybrid.   

I love the way brows and lashes can make a person feel instantly confident about themselves and also save them time in their busy lives. In my job, no two days are the same. I enjoy meeting new students, getting to know them and seeing them progress in their learning!

My top treatment tip

When finishing the brows, I always apply the highlighter before tweezing and trimming. This way, I can clearly see any hairs that still need removing, giving the crisp line we desire.  With lashes, before you put the shield on, tape all lashes down onto the undereye treatment pad to keep them out of the way when applying shield.
