Order up to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for same day dispatch. If you place an order before 2:00pm and we cannot dispatch it on the same day for any reason, we will contact you to let you know.

Please note, we do not dispatch orders or complete deliveries at weekends, therefore if you place your order before 2:00pm on a Friday for next day delivery, it will not be delivered to you until Monday.

UK Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping options for our UK customers:

•    Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days
•    Next Day Shipping: Next Working Day (if ordered before 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays)       

Please note, next day delivery is unavailable to more rural regions and areas. Other delivery timescales to these areas may also be affected.

We work with the best delivery partners to provide the fastest and easiest service possible. However, due to external factors beyond our control we are unable to guarantee delivery timescales especially during peak periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Packages may require a signature on delivery and deliveries could start from 8am.

UK Delivery Costs:

•    Standard UK shipping (3-5 working days) on orders under £70 (ex VAT): £5.40 (inc VAT) 
•    Standard UK shipping (3-5 working days) on orders over £70 (ex VAT): FREE
•    Next Day UK shipping on orders under £125 (ex VAT): £8.40 (inc VAT)
•    Next Day UK shipping on orders over £125 (ex VAT): FREE

•    Standard UK shipping (3-5 working days) on orders under £70 (ex VAT): £4.50 (inc VAT) 
•    Standard UK shipping (3-5 working days) on orders over £70 (ex VAT): FREE
•    Next Day UK shipping on orders under £100 (ex VAT): £8.40 (inc VAT)
•    Next Day UK shipping on orders over £100 (ex VAT): FREE 

This excludes any large or heavy items (i.e. Salon Furniture), when you should allow up to 7 days delivery. Please see individual quote at basket.

Non-Mainland UK & International Delivery Costs

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request.

For Rest of World delivery, please see individual quote at basket. Please note the shipping cost quoted does not include any additional customs costs, taxes, or duties, and these are the buyer's responsibility. If you fail to make payment of such charges, resulting in the products being returned to sender, you must pay any additional costs for re-delivery before your order will be re-sent to you. International deliveries are estimated to take between 3-5 working days, subject to custom checks, though this cannot be guaranteed.   

Currently, our Salon Furniture can only be shipped to mainland UK.


It is important to us that your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event any of your items arrive not in the condition advertised, we will happily arrange a return or exchange. All we ask is that you retain the original packaging and contact our Customer Experience team within 14 days of receiving your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) by packaging the products adequately and using a reputable delivery service. Please include a completed returns form with your item(s) and enclose the original dispatch note.

The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility unless it has been received in a damaged condition. In the event of damaged goods, you will be reimbursed the cost of your postage upon receipt of the returned goods by Nouveau Beauty.

Please note we will not be able to accept returned items if it is determined that they have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be offered.

Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been received by Nouveau Beauty.

As we strive for same day dispatch on all orders, we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. In these circumstances, it may not be possible to amend or cancel your order.
