About me

Hi, I’m Sharron and I work at the Crawley academy. I started out doing a fashion degree and then went into marketing and finance for 20 years. At the age of 40, I decided it was time to leave the corporate world behind and start my own business.  

I had always loved the beauty industry and visited my local salon regularly to have my treatments done. I had an HD Brows treatment, and I knew this was the treatment to start with. I went onto train with HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes and built my own salon space in my garden. Over the following few years, I spent a huge amount of time in beauty education covering Level 2 and 3 Beauty, however soon realised that brows and lashes were where the demand was, so I honed my skills. Now, 10 years on, I offer HD Brows, LVL lash lifts, K.B Pro microblading and various facials, including Million Dollar Facials, five days a week.  

I have been a trainer for 2 years and love my days in the academy. It’s great to be able to inspire others, whether they are new to the industry or already working within a salon. It’s such a good feeling to teach my students new skills to take on their own beauty journey.  When I’m not working, you’ll find me out in my campervan; paddleboarding is my newest hobby which I am really enjoying. I’m also a complete shopaholic and have become a personal stylist to my clients and often send them outfit recommendations. 

My top treatment tip

Lash placement is key for your LVL. Spend your time getting lashes perfectly on the shield for the best results. 

Always protect the skin with a powder barrier before any brow waxing. Add a thin layer of HD Brows Comfort Me before threading to give a better slip and glide.
