About me

Hi, I'm Kendal! I’m an HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes trainer in our flagship Yorkshire academy. I live with my fiancé (we're getting married in 2025 in Rhodes) and my Cockapoo called Bailey.  I started in the industry after completing my media make up course at the White Rose Beauty School in 2018. I also trained in the Nouveau Lashes Ultimate Package and became self-employed in a salon, offering makeup, LVL and lash extensions.

I started working for Nouveau Lashes and HD Brows in 2021 in a scheduling role for the training department, with the goal of becoming a trainer. In 2022, I achieved my goal and after six months of mentoring I took my first HD Brows class as a trainer! I now have a combined role of training HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes and scheduling training for all our UK locations.  

During my time with Nouveau HD Beauty Group, I have had the opportunity to train with leading salons across the country, travel to Australia to mentor our international teams, work in our Harley Street press clinic and work backstage on Dancing on Ice. I am so passionate about Nouveau Lashes and HD Brows and love our brand values. I feel proud to work with such a great team. 

My top treatment tip

Lash artists, get to know your micropore tape! It can be used in so many ways to help make your treatment easier. From taping up layers of lashes in lash extensions, to putting under shields in LVL, to making clean up quicker.

When it comes to brows, if a client comes in for their appointment with fake tan on, scrub through the brows with HD Brows vanish before you tint. This will reduce the risk of it turning green.
