About me
Hi, my name is Nicole. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 12 years, and in that time, I’ve developed a deep love for helping people feel confident and cared for through personalised, high-quality treatments. While I offer a range of beauty services, lashes have truly become my passion and they’re also my most popular treatment.
Alongside my best friend, I co-founded Nish, our very own hair and beauty salon. We created Nish to be a warm, welcoming space where great energy, creativity, and client care come together.
I’m also proud to be part of the Nouveau Lashes training team, offering 1-1 lash training to help new artists build their skills and confidence in the industry I love so much.

My key achievements
A few of my proudest achievements include opening my own salon, Nish, with my best friend, and becoming part of the Nouveau Lashes Pro Team and Training Team. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities and growth Nouveau have given me, including working on the Dancing On Ice set and the NTAs.

My top lash extension treatment tip would be to take time on your mapping. This is crucial to a good set as everyone’s eye shape is totally different. Also, always check for stickies.
Advice for starting in the beauty industry
Don’t compare your start to someone else’s middle. It’s easy to get caught up in what others are doing, but everyone's journey is different. Focus on your growth and take pride in every small win. Charge fairly for your time and talent, even if you are new. You're still providing a real service.
