About me

After training in HD Brows in 2010, I was obsessed with the treatment and brand. I progressed to become an HD Brows trainer for 5 years and travelled all over the UK teaching thousands of students the skills to create the perfect brow and give their brow game a leg up in the industry.

I’ve shown my work at endless amounts of beauty shows, worked on numerous TV shows, photoshoots and have a range of celebrity clients. I’m now a salon owner with my own podcast (WHAT THE PLUCK?), co-hosted by my brow bestie and fellow HD Brows trainer Jamie Long, which we have recently launched season 9 of! 

Why I chose HD Brows

There was never another company quite like it. We were the OGs of the brow world and the treatment was really paving the way on how stylists look at brows. It was all about precision and perfection and when it came to my work - that’s exactly how I wanted to be known.

My favourite pro product

It’s gotta be Browtec. But surely that’s everyone’s! It's my go-to product in every brow treatment and on my own brows too. 

My favourite retail product

Brow Glue and Browtec are my most popular products to sell.

Browtec is great for clients to use at home as it’s super precise and can easily be corrected by the spoolie on the other end. 

Brow Glue I sell as the ‘hairspray’ to finish the look and to keep everything in place. It’s so good for the lamination look when clients are wanting to maintain their treatment or create the fluffy brow look. 

Top treatment tip

When applying makeup, always start in the middle and build a build a base line. Keep the fronts soft and natural. Less is more with brow makeup. 

Advice for starting in the beauty industry

Don’t compare your work to others. Look to others for inspiration and ideas but everything comes with experience and knowledge. Don’t compare your day 1 to someone’s day 201.
