The Nouveau Lashes LVL Treatment Cards are an essential for your treatments. With a sleek and professional design, these cards allow you to keep record of your client’s details and medical information, essential details of the treatment, including products you’ve used, shield size, timings, etc., all in one handy place.
You must keep client records accurate and up to date for insurance purposes. These cards can be used for LVL treatments.

You have space to store details for five treatments per card, plus it has sections suitable for either the LVL CeraLashLift System or the classic LVL products. These cards replace the old versions of the LVL Client Record Cards and LVL Treatment Record Cards, ensuring all your client’s important information is in one place.

How to use
How to use
1.
Complete a record card for every LVL treatment. Always do a full check at the end of the treatment to ensure you have recorded all the relevant information.
2.
Cards should always be completed in pen, never pencil. If you make a mistake, simply cross out the error. Alternatively, you could start a new card.
3.
Any records with personal information must be securely stored in line with GDPR regulations.
