The Nouveau Lashes Lash Extensions Treatment Cards are an essential for your treatments. With a sleek and professional design, these cards allow you to keep record of your client’s details and medical information, essential details of the treatment, including products you’ve used, lash length/curl/weight, etc., all in one handy place.
You must keep client records accurate and up to date for insurance purposes. These cards can be used for Extend, Global Volume, SVS and Hybrid treatments, as well as maintenance and removal appointments.

These cards replace the old versions of the Client Record Cards and Lash Extensions Treatment Record Cards, ensuring all your client’s important information is stored together in one place.
You have space to store details for five treatments per card.

How to use
How to use
1.
Complete a record card for every lash extensions treatment. Always do a full check at the end of the treatment to ensure you have recorded all the relevant information.
2.
Cards should always be completed in pen, never pencil. If you make a mistake, simply cross out the error. Alternatively, you could start a new card.
3.
Any records with personal information must be securely stored in line with GDPR regulations.
