The Nouveau Lashes Tint Developer activates the colour molecules in the Nouveau Lashes Tint by opening the cuticle of the lashes and allowing the tint to deeply penetrate the cortex. This allows the tint to create its signature intense shine and long-lasting colour.

How to use

Mix 1 part LVL Tint to 2 part Developer and blend until thoroughly combined.
