How to use

Client Record Cards should be completed with your client at the consultation stage. You will need to fully complete the card before their first treatment, and then review ahead of all future treatments to ensure no changes to medical history, etc.

At the end of the treatment, update notes with details of the adhesive used, tint colour, lash length/curl/weight, etc.

Ensure that Client Record Cards are securely stored in line with GDPR regulations.
